"I was hesitant about seeing a nurse practitioner on my first visit. So I was told I would be seen by a physician my first visit. Didn't happen. Luckily I was extremely impressed by Cory and the other staff members I met with. Maybe next time a doctor. I will not be comfortable with only being treated by a nurse practitioner. My first appt was not even close to their tv commercial."

"The only improvement needed is to make sure the patient is aware the first visit is a "Welcome Visit" and will not involve seeing the actual physician, nor discussing patient medical concerns. This visit did not value my time. But the staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the facility was nice."

"Terrible! I cried leaving the doctors office and all the way home. I was told I could have all the time I needed but the was not true. The doctor came introduced himself and his assistant and then started with all his quesions. He said, Only answer Yes or No. If I tried to ask a quesion he said "Next week" Just answer Yes or No. I have never been to meet a doctor for the first time and leave feeling rushed, unheard, dismissed, and overlooked. No I would not refer my friends to go here."
