"Staff try and be helpful but absolutely have too many patients or something that they just see you then gone from memory. Mistakes get made and the patient ends up paying for it. Example in the early days when I transferred as a previous patient, only just started MyChart, and had a scheduled appt missed since I had to basically book it 4 months in advanced (no availability), and no email or reminders since whoever set up my acct didn't have notifications on. Just to get my yearly annual. So guess who had to pay a missed appointment.. 2 stars instead of 1 since Dr Chen is kind but ever since moving to this big group, she doesn't have time of day and now is writing down things for lab work that I DIDN'T need tested, and now have to pay a ridiculous price for. She says she told me I might pay out of pocket but I would know if she did-- I keep track of medical expenses very closely and incredibly mad, it was painted as preventive and now basically the cost of if I went to urgent care of something. Just trying to stay healthy and this group is trying to milk money out of me. Stay away from the whole group, they share the same staff. Not worth your time and pick someone who cares."

"Things started off so well. We had a great primary care physician and all was right with the world. But then she left and instead of being reassigned to another doctor we’ve been bounced around and told that we will be reassigned but that has never happened. So now when prescriptions for trivial things expire, like allergy medicine, you can’t get them renewed because the issuing doctor isn’t your primary. They just don’t seem to care to the degree that they will cancel appointments and tell you to go to Urgent Care or an ER. Goodbye Methodist, my family and I will not be back."

"I'm so happy with Dr. Ope . She is so knowlegble and caring but the front desk are awful especially the girl that gives patient next appointment . I think her name is J . Smith. she is so rude to people and if you are not following what she tells you then she raises her voice and talks to you with attitude . I might ask Dr. Ope to see what other location she is working because of those staff that sugar land have it . Her nurse also is not freindly to patient and forgets what Dr. Ope orders including refill med. or other thing but what I feel bad anytime go to that location is those staff . All over not recommanded but highly recommend the Doctor."

"Our family has been seeing Dr Hung for many years she and her staff really listen and has always made excellent diagnosis. Whenever we see her she treats us like her own family. She genuinely cars for her patients. When I had a serious heart problem she assisted in getting us to the right cardiologist and surgeon. Sometimes if you get an appointment late in the day it could take an extra 15 minutes to see her, but I don't care because of the professional and personal care she provides."
