"Disappointed in the doctor. This office inserted my nexplanon. I went to go remove it and they could not find it due to the weight gain because of the nexplanon. The nurse told me to find another doctor after he stated he could remove it and now he can’t. He was more worried if I saw his tik tok page. Worst clinic do not go here. He only cares about his image and not the clients. If you do not have money they give you the boot. I had medicaid and he still denied me."

"DO NOT COME HERE! I was 37 weeks pregnant and my baby was not positioned correctly and did not tell me anything, which made it seem like it was alright. A week later, I had a stillbirth and they still wanted me to go home and "think about my options". Very unprofessional and rude staff, I would arrive on time to my appointments and will not get attended until 15-20 minutes later than my appointment. They also "recommend" vaccinations during your pregnancy but do not do them for you and they do not prescribe it either. They tell you to go to CVS or whatever they say and no one will inject a pregnant woman, they're the ones that need to inject. DO NOT COME HERE!"

"The doctors are great but the other staff are very unprofessional and rude! I have been seeing doctor Meshri and was taken care of to the fullest she is a great doctor and I told her if she wasn't available to deliver my baby id like doctor Ikeda to do so he was great and my baby is healthy ....I had gotten what I asked for but as for the staff (medical assistants) they need to learn how to speak to a patient and how to answer the phones correctly and not to tell them they need to go see a new doctor that is not OK! or cut them off and talk over them when you were in the wrong in the first place!"

"First of all, I never seen the doctor throughout my pregnancy. I was always attended by the nurses not the actual doctor (went 5 times). Please , please please make sure to make sure your insurance covers their services. Before attending this clinic I called to make sure what I needed to pay and they told me I only had to pay 100 copayment and after that the insurance would cover everything else . I have been getting bills from their test labs. The lady’s up in the front need to make they give you the right information. Their neglect now has me paying bills. Also , they never get back with you with your test results . At 12 weeks I started spotting and brought up to their attention and they never got back with me . At 14 weeks I had to go to the hospital at Methodist and they told me to had low lying placenta. This clinic has a lot of negligence. They never told me what was going on . I had to look for another obgyn who tried helping save my baby . Overall I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to any one. Go find a better clinic and save yourself time and money . Also , their ultrasound are literally 5 minutes . They tell you everything is okay without taking the time to make sure. I had a bad experience all in general with this clinic. They also are not very thorough or answer any questions."
