"Dr. Whiteley is a legend, a hero with a white coat instead of a cape and has a very welcoming medical practice. Respect is given to everyone that walks through the door. The staff is friendly, attentive, detailed and professional. A comfortable atmosphere with Texas-themed office décor that makes my southern heart smile. I won’t go anywhere else."

"Ok doctor office if you just need to see a doctor and get a script. But if you need anything else this is not your place...I need medical supplies and its almost impossible just to get a order sign to get my med supplies..Tried to get a preauthorization for a script they prescribed for years and they say we don't do it.."Well your the only one who can you wrote script"..Dr. Whiteley is a nice guy but I'm amazed at the way office is run..Been going to doctors for years and have never had so many issue trying to get any paper work done..."

"Everytime I came they told me I had a $200 balance. Our insurance wasn’t the best so I just didn’t argue. Didn’t make sense but I didn’t argue. One time they called me and said I needed to call back asap because I had a “extremely large balance” I called asking why, was on hold for 30 minutes transferred to someone else who said “oh you just paid a large balance I’m not sure what they meant.” Then I just received in the mail an invoice for 3 missed appointments I didn’t even schedule???? Was a strange office and experience everytime I went. Will not be back."

"I went to Doctor Whiteley in June 2022 and paid for my visit (what I thought was in full) at the time of services. My visit was great and the doctor took great care of me and I was going to use this doctor for my primary physician going forward. Imagine my surprise when I'm get a $20 bill in the mail in June 2023 asking for me to provide my credit card information or write a check and mail it to their office. I looked up on my insurance company and the claim was processed in June 2022 so it wasn't because of an insurance company delay. When I called the office to confirm it was a legitimate bill, they stated that it was and that the billing department only sends out bills every 6 months, sometimes later (in my case an entire year). I asked them if I could pay my bill online and they said my options were to pay over the phone, come into the office, or to mail in my payment. I do not mind paying the $20 but I would have expected my bill more timely than a year later and to have a way to pay for my services online. I will not be going back to this office, not because of the doctor but for the principle that they have an antiquated billing department that can spring a bill on you whenever they get around to it and then makes it inconvenient to settle your account."
