"Always greeted with a smile and the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I went in just knowing I would have Covid, the flu or Strep however all came back negative. The PA was extremely thorough with me and said there is a pretty nasty viral infection going around and gave me a list of OTC medications which i immediately started using. She said it was a virus that will run 5-7 days, she was spot on. She said to also take a at home Covid test within 24 hours to make sure I wasn’t tested too early when I was in the clinic- if it came back positive then I would need to follow up and begin quarantine protocol. Fortunately, that came back negative again. Thank you Next Level for truly taking the time to explain my diagnosis and why antibiotics were not prescribed."

"This place needs to do a better job of training the front office on how Health Reimbursement Accounts work. They wanted me to pay up-front for something that my insurance is suppoed to pay for because I have money in my health reimbursement account. They didn't even attempt to call the Provider number on the back of my insurance card. I just spoke to UnitedHealth Care and was informed that if they would have simply called, they would have been walked through the process on how to file the claim. Although the front office was nice, they wanted me to pay upfront or leave a card on file in case there's a problem. This is absolutely ridiculous when I already have insurance premiums deducted from my paycheck, have more than enough money in my health reimbursement account, and have a sick child waiting to be seen. Based on my experience, it was very clear that they aren't familiar with this type of account because they kept asking for a separate card. There is not a separate card with an HRA account and they should know this."

"I sprained my foot and wasn’t sure if it was broken or just sprained. I went online and got “in line” and headed there. Was immediately seen and there was no waiting for the doctor to come see me. Zach was my provider and was very kind, thorough and helpful in checking my X-rays and getting me a boot. Grateful this location is so close to us and grateful for good staff!"
