"called about 8pm... was told they close doors and will take last patient at 8:30... go figure. Arrived there and was told 2 people ahead of us at 8:20 and receptionist sent us away--- And was rude about it not pleasant at all. Can't comment on the doc but the staff needs additional training. Plus they need to rewrite their posted hour. Hopefully anyone reading this remembers not to have a need at night"

"The girl with the spider tattoo, up front was great!! Polite, and patient. She may have needed a Snickers though. And the nurse that helped out in the back, was very kind, and personable. Didn't quite catch either of their names. The one in the front, was black, and the one in the back, was hispanic. Both were very lovely!"

"I was at my most stressed and defeated when visiting, and even running late. I gave Excel Urgent Care a call and was greeted by Cleo who was gentle and very diligent in seeing that it is possible to change the time of arrival. Again, when arriving, she was friendly and attentive to every question I asked. The wait, after arriving for my appointment, was short. (10 minutes or so). I was eventually able to meet the doctor, Catherine who met my concerns with compassion. I never felt rushed while sorting out my thoughts. She listened to everything and returned concerns measuredly and with care. I was last, met by Alexis who was tasked with administering two injections to help alleviate pain. Her bubbly personality helped keep me relaxed. She added to this very calm experience of visiting a doctor which I would have expected to only be stress inducing. While ideally, no one wants to take a trip to urgent care and remain in good health, if you ever need care with sincerity behind it, Excel Urgent Care is the place to go. Thank you to everyone who helped make a bad day a lot brighter."
