"Dr.Jalal is amazing and so sweet. She's handled both of my kids surgeries and did a great job. However, her office staff is horrible. I've called no less than 20x in the last week to schedule a post op appointment and haven't gotten through or a call back after leaving voicemails. When you do get through the receptionist is rude."
"Been receiving care here for about 6 months and also had surgery in office. Dr is extremely nice to me and listened to any concerns I had. Kept me comfortable when I was going under for procedure and takes me seriously when anything is wrong. Her nurses are great but I will say her front desk can be rude and short when on the phone"
