"My review is for the sonographer named Regina. She has left an impression on me for the last few days and have to leave a review to recognize her. I was referred to MFM after some very scary findings. Regina is the very BEST sonographer I have ever had in my life. I mean this. She made the entire hour so comfortable. Usually during ultrasounds, sonographers are typically silent, cold, and unwilling to treat us like humans who are nervous. Kelly is a true gift to any woman who needs to get a scan done because of her incredible bedside manner and kindness. She clearly understands how stressful these can be and goes completely out of her way to make sure her parents are treated the very best. Regina, you are amazing. Thank you."

"Customer service was rude and not helpful. She did not listen to the problem nor explain the calculation right but insist that I should call Cigna to settle the discrepancy in payment. Turns out they use the payment that they owed me to pay for my other bills without my consent."

"I know I’m very very late putting a review on here. Last year around September, I give 5 stars to Dr. Michelle Wong for confirming my pregnancy when I was 12 and half weeks pregnant. She was so kind and sweet and told me a list of foods that I’m allowed to eat and not eat. Also, my OBGYN, Dr. Opara was a kind person who checks my baby’s heart rate to make sure the baby was healthy. So on and so on, he scheduled me an induction date which was somewhere around January I believe. Not only he is a good doctor but an excellent doctor who delivered my baby prior to my C-section. I will definitely be back in April 2024 to do my regular checkups and when I have another baby, he will do my daily prenatal checkups just like last time"

"(We were seen on the 5th floor to see Dr Moody a child neurologist) Dr moody was the sweetest doctor we ever met. She made us feel safe with her and know that our sons future health is going to be okay. Yes he was diagnosed with autism but she assured us he will be okay and we are going to get him the help he needs to have a successful future yes lots of test and more doctor visit than any mother wants for her child but that warmth she has in her voice and her kind gestures made us feel like we aren’t going through this alone. Definitely recommend her to all the mothers out there."

"That the front two schedulers Mia and Betty were very rude and unprofessional. They didn’t know I knew Spanish and they were telling each other that they were going to just tell me the doctor wasn’t able to see me. Then the girl Betty demanded that she needed a physical insurance card but I could have just uploaded it to the portal. She was rude in knowingly telling me that I wasn’t going to have an appointment until Friday and I had already came up there and told me it was no grace period. I still kept it calm and nice with her after she kept lying. I received the confirmation of her lying from my doctors nurse and Medical assistant. I definitely do not feel comfortable with them being there for my next visit in two months"
