He listens and gives referrals, but also takes immediate action as required. All ages are welcome and he remains calm, caring and helpful. His front office and nurse techs are kind and attentive as well. We don’t love needing a doctor, but when we do, myself and my kiddos know we will be well taken care of at the Community Health and Life Center."

"I have had PCPs before but none like Dr. Nwachokor. To be honest I had given up hope in the medical system until I met this doctor. For the first time I met someone who wanted to know everything I was experiencing the whole person (mind, body, soul). He listened actively, did not appear rushed, showed interest in my healing process, asked and gave me opportunities to asked questions. He and his staff are very responsive. He does his own assessments, makes recommendations and we work together on every decision involving my care. I feel like I have a team that has my well-being at the center of care delivery.
