"I went here for a workers comp incident. The president of my company was with me and gave his information. We identified this as a workers comp incident from the start. However, the collections department seems unable or unwilling to understand this as they are still trying to collect payment from me. I've reached out to the collections department and give them the insurance information, the insurance reps. info., and the owner of my company's info and yet I'm still getting collections notices from the clinic."

"Awesome Visit! I came in with my toddler for elbow pain. The front desk assistants ( Juana & Jazum) were super sweet. Mauro was super nice as well.Now the Doctor Dr. ALI WAS Super nice although I brought my two other kids along with me he was very nice and funny. Even my toddler loved him we definitely need more doctors like him that actually care and sweet when it comes to toddlers. I can say I had a better experience than Night light."

"Emergency room visit, which involved a laceration to my face which required 3 stitches. I was able to see the MD within 30 minutes, and out of the Emergency room within an hour and a half. The Next Level Urgent Care MD did such a wonderful job on suturing my lip and face that I was able to attend a Christmas Party later that night and no one even noticed the minor surgery."

"Came in with my son for a sore finger. Doctor said it was probably sprained. X-ray report was going to take hours so doctor said she would call us if X-rays showed anything. No call. 1 week later it's still hurts and is more blue. When I came back with my son, reception showed me a report that said it was broken. Receptionist's response was, "I don't know what to say." Now I've been waiting an hour to figure out what care he should have been getting for a week. Never again."
