"Dr Stella saves my life! At first I had sought other medical care and I was refused medical treat and told to take vitamins- my lungs were impacted and getting progressively worse! I then contacted Dr Stella on day 4 of hard COVID and she treated me with medication - my next step would have been hospitalization if Dr Stella hadn’t saved me! God bless Dr Stella!!"
"The WORST customer service experience ever! Aside from having to call repeatedly just to get someone on the phone. I paid $590 back in the beginning of October for the covid treatment and didn't see any medication in the mail like they said, they failed to mention that they were going to send me an additional prescription to the nearest pharmacy which would also equal a total of $600 in addition to the $590 I had originally paid when setting up the telemed services. I've been requesting a refund since November and every time I finally get a hold of someone in the office I am told the same thing, that they need to process my refund. It's been over a month and they still haven't processed my refund definitely shows how unorganized and efficient they are I highly would not recommend them to anyone as I was recommended to them by family I will not continue to recommend them to anybody else. I contacted covid and reached out to them for help and ended up going through the recovery process pretty much on my own with over-the-counter medication so at this point I no longer need their hundred dollars worth of medication. $590 !!!!!!!!!!!"
"My husband and I were very sick and never received any medication. They rarely respond to phone, text or email. Don’t waste your money if you are seriously sick because they are too busy to keep up unfortunately. We kept waiting and waiting- a month later still no meds and no longer need the meds. Now we are out $185 each!!! Update: after several requests I finally did get a refund. So that is a positive."
"We also signed up online with very late response. And it’s because there are so many thousands of people being treated by them. We decided to go in person and it was life changing. Literally within 24 hours we were better. Their process online doesn’t work efficiently. But their treatments are amazing. I highly recommend going as a walk-in as soon as you can. They don’t turn anyone away."
