"My father goes here. He has several medical conditions and his Dr told him if he ever gets Covid to call immediately. He did, left several voice messages and contacted on my chart. Was told he had to go through this process to get a call back. NO RESPONSE and now they are closed for the weekend."

"I loved the Dr Ashley Pan she was sweet and listened patiently. But, when going for blood work they couldn’t get any blood out of me because I needed to drink more water which is understandable BUT this has happened before and I have never gotten a huge purple bruise from any lab tech trying to get blood from me. and when I called asking if this is normal EVA the receptionist was VERY RUDE and short with me saying “I have no idea” like she didn’t wanna hear my problems or at least try. Very unprofessional EVA. Try to be more caring to the patients thanks. UPDATE: The bruise is still there and very much purple after a WEEK. ugh now i’m scared to go back and try to get my blood work done again so I can get what I fully paid for. I just don’t want another popped vain. i’m updating because nobody has called me regarding this."

"I was skeptical to come to this office because of all the one-star reviews, but I'm glad that didn't stop me. I had an great experience here. The receptionist was very friendly upon my arrival and I was called back immediately after check-in. I met with Dr. Patel, who literally wrote down any comments/concerns I had. She was amazing! Also, I got my labs back in just a couple days and she commented on them too. I'm new here in Texas so I was nervous about starting with a new practice, however, my experience here has actually been better than my previous doctor's office. I definitely recommend."
