"Scheduled an appointment AFTER making sure they can provide meningitis for 19yr old (website says they look at age 0-21). I went there, they run my insurance and wasted a good 45mins and then said they don’t provide that! I mean I literally madesure you do and you said YESS prior!! I don’t get it lol"

"I don’t recommend these doctors. My little girl was grunting and I took her to see one of these doctors and they said that my little girl was fine and that she was trying to pass gas. I wanted a second opinion about it so I took her to a hospital and turns out she had a Wilms tumor which is cancerous. In my opinion, they don’t the proper exams on the kids and I will not bring any of kids to this place again."

"I usually have a positive experience with my doctor and my twins upon visits. I’m always provided with the knowledge behind the medication being prescribed to my children. The office is clean and the staff nurses are friendly and helpful. There is one area, however, that needs to be modified at the Saums Rd location. The issue of prescriptions. The doctor advised that she would be sending over 2 prescriptions but only one was sent. Called back to the office to get it sorted, was told something other than what the doctor advised during our appointment. There is a heavy vacancy with fever reducing medication and it’s very disappointing that I’m still not assisted with sending over the medication for my child."

"Horrible management horrible front desk staff and extremely unprofessional. My kids have been going there for past 8-9 years because of Dr Abdul Haseb. With in these years there have been countless occasions where either the staff has gotten rude and disrespectful. They lack basic compassion and empathy when dealing with PAYING CUSTOMERS ! Recently I had to take my LO because of some UTI concerns we were given container to get sample and given instructions to take it to Waller location and were told the time they will be open is 8-1130 we drove 45 minutes to get to the location and got there by 9:55 once we got there saw a sign saying closed due to holidays , I called their phone number and was told location didn’t open up that day and we were given wrong information . next business day I reached out the doctors office again asked to get another cup because of what happened previous day and brief explained the situation to the lady at Katy Location , The nurse/front office personal at Katy became argumentative saying I was lying the location was open and told me get my facts stating and she kept going on and on , and then told me I would have to bring my LO in again before cup can be giving out I got extremely upset and asked to speak to manager even ally they said I would have to stop by and pick up the cup . Next day I went over to pick up the cup and I met Stephanie or Stacy (older white female) she made me wait 15 minutes then comes back and tells me “oh our internet is down so I can’t give you a cup and you have to bring your LO in again !” I stormed out and shaking my head realizing that they have no concern about what a parent or patient is going thru all they care about is making money and having to revisit so they charge insurance again . They really need to work on customer service skills . I wish I could give them a negative star but unfortunately google doesn’t have that option."

"I just moved to the area & found this location for my children to go to the first visit was great but the doc sent in medications that my child's insurance did not cover it it took the doc 1 month to fix the issue & to call me to tell me it wasn't her problem that my insurance didn't accept her prescriptions I told her u being a doctor should know better ow dare u say it's not tour problem u shouldn't even be a doctor for that matter thank God she want that I'll or my child probably would of ended up in urgent care & I would of came with full blown force to her office!!!! Take it how u like."
