"We got a bill for my husband that was allegedly for services rendered in June of 2022 nearly 2 years later! I asked my husband if he recognized the doctors' names, but he didn't. We never visited this clinic but he has been the hospital in Tomball. When I called the number for billing questions, I got a recording to leave a message and said it would take 1-3 days to respond. Are you kidding me? There is a payment website, but there is no portal site listed as mentioned in response to another review."

"(It’s my first time seeing Dr. Nathani last week. He is very professional, nice and caring. However, the 2 star rating is for their front office. I’ve been calling and emailing them to respond to RX Helper’s messages (email, fax, calls) but they seem to just ignore my request. I have an expensive medication and it’s not covered by my insurance, RX Helper is assisting me in providing affordable prices, all they need to is respond and fill out the form which was confirmed it was emailed and fax. I even went there physically and call RX helper, so they can speak to the front office as they can’t get a hold of them. I am so frustrated that they have not responded for over a week now.) Above was my original review. Dr. Nathani called me few minutes after and took care of this himself. He turned my experience around. Thank you, Dr. Nathani for your immediate response!"

"I definitely recommend visiting Dr Muhammad Irfan. He & his entire staff are always welcoming, professional & willing to work with you in those "I never expected that to happen" , need an appointment asap, etc. type of situations. Appointment times are respected by their Office, just as much as me, as the patient. As a long time patient, I'm always 5 minutes early & I've never waited more than 5 minutes, if any wait at all, to be seen. (They don't overbook like alot of offices). Dr Irfan is very respectful & efficient. He ffectively listens to your concerns, then discusses, evaluates & recommends what's next."

"I always get impeccable service from the staff at Family Diagnostics. I have been seeing Dr. Irfan for the past five or so years and he has always treated my concerns with thoughtful care. Whether I am scheduling a visit at one of the locations or need to do a virtual (because my work schedule may dictate), I am always able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dr. Irfan, especially for those who may have complex medical issues or a simple cough and cold. It’s also worth mentioning that he or his nurse practitioner will follow you even if you are in the hospital so that makes me feel comfortable personally knowing there’s less of a service gap if I end up needing more intensive care or a surgery."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr.Irfan is great. I was a new patient and he took the time to listen to all my concerns, he wanted to know all family history and wanted did multiple labs just to see where we stood on different areas of health. He also had no problems giving me a couple of referrals to see specialist."
