"Took my 6-year-old daughter there midnight 12am Pros: The place was impeccably clean. The staff was attentive, the doctor was exceptionally kind, X-ray staff and nurses were friendly. Quick treatment and accurate diagnoses earned them a four-star rating. Cons: The environment and equipment seemed more geared towards adults—for instance, the chest X-ray gowns were extra-large and long, with none available for kids. The initial nurse interaction was inappropriate for my daughter's age, ton was too strong for a sick 6years old, I had to clarify her age. I expected a very friendly, empathetic, child-like ton. But in the end he assumed that ton I expected initially, so I forgive him. Finally, they only accept patients with insurance; if you're uninsured, you must pay out of pocket."

"I love this place. They’re so good with my toddler. Very family friendly and definitely efficient with their time. All of the staff from front desk to the back of the building and throughout are all phenomenal, regardless of their role there. They’re amazing and so kind. When my kid gets sick, I don’t think twice and just bring her here because it’s a no-nonsense visit and everything’s taken care of by time we are discharged. They really are a breath of fresh air. This is my go-to for my family’s urgent needs."

"It started with my stepson wanting to use the bathroom as they were initially checking him out.I know him well.I could tell (despite his current state) he was thinking about the possibility of needles & wanted to leave the room.We returned to both a deserted hallway & room.To me it was strange. He started having another “attack”.I turned to looked for someone but the place was still empty.I called out for help.A guy started walking down the hallway and this is where everything goes wrong.First, he had an odd, twisted look on his face, was walking strange and slow. I decided to ignore it but it was so blatant that I couldn’t help but take note and it seemed like he was making fun of my stepsons condition. There was no one else around and if he’s sick in the head like that then of course he would do it without any witnesses being around. The guy proceeded to ask questions so I called my stepsons father on speakerphone. After getting the answers, the guy continued to act odd & no one else had shown up yet.My fiancé asked what they were doing so I replied that they were doing nothing & that the doctor was just standing there looking at strangely.A blonde lady walks in out of nowhere right after I made that comment & started telling me what they were doing right & that the nurse (the guy) couldn’t do anything until the doctor showed up ( I thought the nurse was the doctor at first) So I told my fiancé (still on speakerphone) that this lady was mad at me & that the guy with our child was not the doctor but instead the nurse. The blonde lady got super-pissed! She wouldn’t stop talking down at me as if I was in her face about it.So I told her that I didn’t appreciate the male nurses demeanor & then he started in, too!I stated how unprofessional it was but they wouldn’t stop! So I directly asked them to stop talking to me but they wouldn’t & suddenly more & more staff started showing up, giving me dirty looks, dropping rude comments. When doctor finally showed up, she had major attitude.I stepped out of the room & asked her follow (they have sliding glass doors that I could shut so she could hear his father via speakerphone whom had explicit directions on what they needed to do for our kid (via his PCP) and our boy was being incredibly loud). She refused to walk over to me & DEMANDED that I come to her & even pointed at the ground in front of her.Instead, I urged her back and that’s when she threw up her hands stating that she was refusing service! To a nine year old!Because it wouldn’t walk over to her?!Insane!I stated that she wasn’t refusing anyone because I was leaving! She said she would call on me for child abandonment!I told her I’d call the cops for refusing service on a child! After all that, the blonde lady was stating that it was impossible that I could have a poor experience there. If you want emergency professionals that know how to de-escalate emergencies and handle their own immature feelings in emergency situations, take your chances someplace else.I made a police report and after this review I will be reporting it to the insurance as recommended by the officer.I hope they got it recorded and don’t delete the recording!I started taking pictures because I didn’t know anyone’s names to be able to identify them. They ended up sending our kid to the children’s hospital in Woodlands for possible cancer results in the urine.I told his father not to believe them, they already showed how spiteful& immature they were capable of being. The hospital agreed, said there’s no way it was our boys results BUT if they were, than Americas ER isn’t calibrating their machines, no way his results could get better that fast. Then I received a letter in the mail harassing me about this review.A police report will be made, again.I got an extremely bad vibe when the blonde lady handed me my ID back as I was leaving that place (they kicked me out after the dad showed up because and I quote “I’m not his real mom”.A line I only used to keep them from refusing service to a child and they used it as just another way to jab at me. Psychos!"

"I was vacationing in Houston and had to go to Urgent Care. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The attending nurse was very friendly and helpful as well. Even the doctor was extremely friendly and polite. I was attended to right away, no waiting. My overall experience was very good. Five stars for sure!"

"We’ve been twice, for injuries, and both times were amazing. When you’re stressed and having a terrible, scary day, the staff were caring, competent, and quick. I love that they’re urgent care and a full emergency room, and that they make that determination once you’re there and have been seen by the doctor. We’ve been to both sectors, and I’m satisfied that my son was taken very good care of during both visits. Dr N is incredible. Very comforting to know that this level of service and care is so close to my house."
