"I will NEVER go here. Be very careful that your insurance and personal information is entered into their computers CORRECT:Y. When it is not correct, they create all kings of difficulties and confusion for you. And when given the correct information, they refuse to change the misinformation. Just be careful when dealing with these people."

"Dr. Garrison is wonderful. She is very sweet and answers all of your questions. I have never had a problem scheduling with her on the My Chart app. The only reasons I give 4 stars is because the receptionists don't always acknowledge you right away. They never say, "Oh we will be with you in a minute." They just are not very personable. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this clinic. My messages get answered in 24 hours on My Chart and I can usually schedule in 1-2 weeks for non-emergent appointments. The clinic is clean. The nurse is nice. Dr. Garrison is usually on time for her appointments. They are still adhering to COVID protocol and mask wearing which is fine with me but some people may not be okay with that."

"Had appointment scheduled and arrived 9 minutes late due to traffic and weather and was told I’d have to reschedule because as a new patient I needed to be there 15 minutes early. I was never made aware to be at the appointment early, mind you they sent plenty of notifications reminding me of the appointment and the need to do the pre screening on my phone. I was also told if I was an established pt my tardiness would have been ok! Wow! Way to welcome a new patient. I work in healthcare also and this was my only day to get off early! No consideration at all!"

"DO NOT USE THEM!!! The unprofessionalism at this office is astonishing, I had been a patient of a Dr there for over 3 years. I had recently received a letter in the mail stating he would no longer be following me anymore. I was totally taken aback by the letter, I called to inquire about why, because the letter was pretty vague. I had recently complained about a lab tech being inappropriate well after voicing the complaint they dropped me without warning or following up with my complaint. I tried several times to contact their office manager Carla, who would never return my calls. Carla who was extremely nasty and unprofessional as if she had been hired from some sort of rehabilitation program and couldn’t contain self control refused to allow me to speak or ask any questions. I’ve filed a formal complaint and will be expecting a follow up so we shall see how it goes. If your looking for a office with compassionate care this is definitely not the office for you . However they are located in a nice medical building with lots of other options."

"OVER THE TOP ADDED COSTS - I had my annual physical yesterday. Insurance covers the cost of the physical. To get prescription refills, I was charged $108. What is the extra effort involved in doing nothing more than sending in refills? I waited while it was done since the refills was not clear during the visit with the physician. It took less than 2 minutes. Talk about hyper-inflated healthcare costs! $0 for the 15 minutes spent with the doctor and the person taking blood. $108 for the 2 minutes to communicate the need for refills and sending that to the pharmacy. I asked about it and they told me to contact my insurance company for what is covered and what is not covered. Clearly the value of sending in a prescription is thought to be >$100 to Houston Methodist Primary Care Group. Or it could simply be a way of squeezing extra money out of those that need maintenance meds."
