"People be aware about this place, front desk don't gonna make their job verifying your insurance because basically they do not care about it, all the want is money, they gonna try to get your money every possible way from the very first visit you go there, they ask for payment in advance for delivery even if you are 8 weeks pregnant and nothing guarantee you an ending pregnancy and delivery, they do very aggressive payouts and even when i decide not to go back because been an ivf patient they wanted to make fallow up with out uktrasound from week 8 until week 20 and no sending me to the maternal fetal medicine specialist (wich is correct for my ivf pregnancy and 39 yo) they took 400 dolares copay in advance for delivery and never and ever gave my money back and i have all insurance claim info that notified me the 2 times that i went there they did payment for my attention and also i made copayment for that 2 times but they don't care they stoled my money and kept 400 usd for a delivery that never will happen with them. Make to you a favor and keep far from this place."

"Poor service! Front desk and nurses are not helpful at all. Will keep you waiting in pain or in case of urgency . Not professional at all with respect to prescribing the bloodwork orders. That left me waiting at the laboratory for test order and finally had to cancel my appointment."

"Not sure if the office is racist or open to hispanic women only but the receptionist was very rude to my wife (she is black). The receptionist asked my wife for her ID after my wife already gave her the name and time of appointment. When we sat down, a hispanic couple walked in and the receptionist told the woman “you’re all checked in” without the person giving her name and was not asked for ID. Not sure if the couple normally comes to the office but I believe that every patient should provide proof of ID regardless if the receptionist recognizes the patient or not. All patients need to be given the same treatment. Not to mention another female patient walked in, who was hispanic as well, and the receptionist greeted her in Spanish and continued to speak in Spanish to the patient. English should be the only language spoken as everyone does not speak Spanish. Not sure if all races are welcomed here but this office is predominantly hispanic and you will get the cold shoulder otherwise. My wife saw Dr. A; she expressed to me that her visit felt very rushed and the ladies were very hostile towards her."

"I truly wish Dr. Rivera was still practicing for pregnancy. Him and his nurse Ms. Vicky by far are extraordinary and make you comfortable in their care. Dr. A has been my worst experience by far with her lack of communication and her lack of care to make her patients feel comfortable in her care. She’s so quick to get you in and out that she doesn’t even give you a chance for questions to be asked. Instead of having a plan to better the process now at mid pregnancy she preferred to discontinue visits. Don’t even get me started with the receptionist absolutely horrible manners and the way she speaks to patients is absolutely unacceptable. I started going to Pink Women’s Center when I was pregnant with my son and had the best experience and now this second time around has been absolutely awful."
