"Made an appt for 8:30 this morning and provided them with my insurance the day before. Got here this morning after taking a day off from work and fasting, for them to tell me I’m out of network and insurance won’t pay for my labs. The lady was coming up with excuses as to why a benefits verification was not prior to visit. Very disappointing as to have lose my pto, drive in traffic when it could’ve all been avoided."

"While my experiences at this facility has varied over time as a patient (there), I have recently experienced that the staff is kind in their engagement. A frustration that I had in the past was that they are lacking in their follow-up; back in June I asked to be sent an invite to their patient portal and now four months later I finally received one that was directly sent by the doctor. On another positive note, it is nice getting to see the doctor at a short notice and get her full attention."
