"The VA gets a bad rap, but everyone here is very kind, professional and cares about each of us as individuals and they really care"

"I spoke with Telisa over the phone with handling a schedule conflict with one of my appointments. She responded quickly and was extremely helpful in trying to accommodate another time slot. I am extremely thankful for the staff and will be looking forward to receive further care soon!"

"Looks like the last review was 8 months ago so let me give mine. I've come here for labs and such several times and have been treated well. The front desk service people can be grumpy but it's a government job working with grumpy old veterans. It's never taken longer than 15 minutes past my appt time to be seen as of yet. The facility is nice and the best part is I don't have to drive all the way to the Houston VA."

"It's Friday 11:30am. There are no other patient in this Clinic, yet I have been waiting for 30 minutes for a lab draw. This is unacceptable treatment of Veterans. People are talking and laughing in the back, yet no one has attended to me. An hour later, I am still waiting while people in the front are discussing their lunch breaks. Zero awareness of what “Onstage/Offstage” conversation should be."
