"Very hard to receive a response to book an appointment. I called Monday, then texted Monday, texted Tuesday as a follow-up attempt, and finally was able to make contact Friday via another phone call and two or three minute ring. Not sure why nobody attempted to reach back out to me, but not a good first impression. I am now unable to be seen in time and have to book elsewhere."
