"Do not recommend coming to this office for primary care. I experienced unprofessional staff, unjust billing and dismissive care. I was seeking a PCP due to having monthly prescriptions one of which is a controlled substance which I have taken the same dose for 5+years. I was NEVER informed of being need to be seen every 3.5-4weeks to receive my refills. I have never had to be seen that often in different states I have lived in including TX it was always quarterly. Every office/Dr has their right to their own policy which is fine UNLESS you are not informed. When I did see the Dr he did not inform me of that and was in the room a total of 2 minutes. I had questions that weren’t properly addressed regarding availability of said medication, he didn’t let me know when to come back or give time to ask. None of the receptionist mentioned making a follow up appointment at any of my visits. I paid out of pocket my first visit and when I returned for follow up I had new insurance which would make the visit $115 instead of $60 for out of pocket due to my benefits . I asked if I can just be self pay since that was more affordable and she said since I informed them of my insurance it was legally necessary for them to bill it. I’ve worked in a medical office setting for 10 years and we have always let patients do what we can for them to receive their care and never forced patients into billing their insurance if they didn’t want to for a multitude of reasons besides cost. It feels unjust to bill my insurance for a 2minute visit which in return I can’t even receive my monthly anti depressant or ADHD medication for. The stigma around ADHD patients in this office was very very present and made me uncomfortable."

"Dr. Le is very kind and caring but his staff is rude and they have absolutely no professionalism. I had some testing done and they called me to tell me I had a serious disease, only to call me back and tell me that I didn't. I understand mistakes happen and stayed with him since he has such great bedside manner. Recently I switched to a new insurance and received a temporary ID from my carrier until my card came in. They refused to see me until the actual plastic card came in even after my insurance provider offered to call them to verify everything. Told me I would have to cash pay and they would give me a receipt and were extremely rude throughout the entire conversation. I told them that was fine and they said they had an appointment for the upcoming Friday (4 days later) I told them I would take it since I needed the appointment in order to get a referral for a specialist as I am needing some cancer screening by request of said specialist. I told her I would also be talking with Dr. Le about everything and she then told me at that point that they no longer had the Friday appointment and that I would have to go to their other location and now couldn't see me until the following Monday. I have been going to this office for YEARS! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. I will be looking for a new PCP immediately. Very sad as I live in a small town without many doctors."

"Although Dr. Le is a very compassionate physician, his staff is absolutely rude, in need of customer service 101 training!! I only saw him once, and due to his staff, I am switching physicians; I only hope he reads his reviews, I will be more than glad to share with him the horrible experiences I had had with his staff, my name is Teresa A Rodriguez, and his inefficient office has my information (if they haven't misplaced it)."

"Twice I visited this facility, once in really bad shape and the other for a physical. In both instances my post visit contacts and follow-ups were non responsive and detrimental to my well-being. I had to follow-up with another clinic and hospital to receive feasible treatments. One potential life threatening condition, I heard back from 30 days later and 45 days still no word. If I was to rank this facility, everything past taking my money and signing in receives an "F". Imaging results; Blood Work results; Bad reaction to Medication, and Doctor follow-up all receives and "F" or "U", whichever is worst? If you have a chronic illness, I would find another Dr. I would not with this place on my worst enemy. Warning with Regard"

He takes very good care of his patients in the hospital, comes in early to see his patients, and very friendly with the hospital staff Any person that does not like Dr Mark Le has a problem, his smiles alone are what you need to brighten your day !!!"
