"DON'T DO IT I made the mistake of choosing this location and Dr Chu as my PCP. I went in this week for ongoing cough and cold. First of all, trying to book an appointment with them is a challenge. Someone either cancels your call, send your straight to voicemail or puts you on hold and leaves you there and then cancels. I managed to book an appointment with this location with Dr Chu. Unfortunately, I was notified that she is the only provider at their location so you have no choice but to book with her. There was a new practicing nurse there could not take my blood at all. I almost felt like I was being practiced on for the first time. She poked me with needles two times until the doctor came and took my blood. Dr Chu made me feel very uncomfortable. And made very personal remarks that I can not even mention. This morning, I had fever and wheezing cough so could not go to work. All I wanted was a sick note from them as my work is very particular about this. I called them today as early as they opened around 8 30 so that they had plenty of time to discuss my problem. The nurse Michelle had told me that the doctor will call me at 1 30 to tell me whether she wants me to come in or if she will send me the excuse note. Unfortunately, Dr Chu did not call me. I waited all day for a call. I called them myself at 5. Michelle had told me that the doctor denied my request for a sick not without even calling me or seeing me. The staff failed at communicating with each other for a simple sick note. Michelle stated that you could've walked in if we did not respond on time?? Furthermore, The doctor did not care at all to even talk to me and ask what was going on. I was notified to go to the ER if I really needed a note. And so I did. They recorded a fever of 102. They were shocked by the fact that my PCP failed to give me a simple sick note with such an obvious case. Please value your time and money and do not go there."

"I know it was nothing but God saving me from a future headache but I called to make an appointment for my children since this is a “FAMILY” clinic, the lady told me to hold on and transferred me to a vm someone called back and the lady stated the kids would have to be seen somewhere else because they don’t really do children. Like what! LOL Please get some more professional ladies to represent the face of your business because no. The ones working there is only there for one reason and it’s not to service people coming from a healthcare professional myself. No way!"
