"Luckily I have found a new PCP, I hope the owner reads this and takes it as constructive criticism and not reply with nastiness. I don't recommend this place unless you have no other choice. The NP's here have been nice and somewhat helpful, but the fact that there was no actual doctor here is an issue. Why is it that everytime I came here I received a different doctor/NP? i have an intense migraine/vertigo disorder and having to explain my situation every time is very inconvenient. I had no other choice but to find an PCP that can actually engage and get to know their patients. I made the decision to stop coming here last October. I am currently seeing a Neurologist from a very good medical institution , and will start attending acupuncture in a few days. To the NP (whose name i cant remember because there's so many) that referred me to the ENT thankyou."

"I have been a patient here for a while and was about to schedule my annual exam but decided to read the reviews of patients. I was really surprised to see how the owner is responding to these reviews in such a uncaring, condescending manner. One or two bad reviews ok I get it that sometimes people complain just to complain, but when you have several people complaining about the same thing, as an owner it's worth paying attention to for the soundness of your business if you care at all. People do have a choice in where they go and there are plenty of providers out there that do care and want to provide excellent service to their patients. You busy is providing a service and your responses do not reflect that you even care."

"This is really the best clinic. Me , my husband and son moved to this clinic from a different high rated facility where the service was very bad. I’m happy we did . The doctors here will take the time to listen and address your concerns . Quick appointment as well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"I have nothing to complain about! All my visits have been GREAT! When I call I'm greated by someone nice, I don't ever wait more than 5 to 8 minutes before I'm taken back, I love the NP I see shout out NP Gibson you are amazing!! I feel well taken care of and cared for. Haven't felt like that in a long time!"

"The doctors or nurse practitioners are nice here. The receptionists need to more fast and keep in mind that people in line should be helped in orderly manner instead of helping people who cuts in. I have been taking my aunt to this place for 2 years. The waiting time used to be terrible here. Now its way better. Still need some improvement."
