"THE FRONT DESK STAFF is the worse costumer service I've ever experience... They never answer the phone even when I'm inside waiting for my appointment I hear the phone, and they just pick it up and hang up immediately, that's why I was never able to make a phone appointment, now everything makes sense. The ceiling is leaking water and full of mold. This is the worse place to take care of your pregnancy, RUN AWAY!!"

"I wish I could give them less than one star. The doctors at this place are incredible, they take the time to care and explain every detail, but the people in charge of the front desk at the cypress office (on Schiel Rd) are super rude, they never answer the phone, they never help you solve nothing, if you need to change the time or day of an appointment they always tell you to do it online because they do not have access to do it. I was calling for 3 days to make an appointment and they never answered the phone, finally I had to ask for half a day off from my job (I'm a teacher) to be able to go to the office to make an appointment, something that can be easily done if they answer the phone, on Google Maps and in their offices they say they close at 5pm, but if you arrive at 4pm to make an appointment because they never answer the phone, they are already closed!! They leave early, office hours and Google maps hours DOESNT MATCH. The bathroom is super dirty all the time, the ceiling always have leakiness. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"After visiting here for the 4th time I decided it was necessary to leave a review. This review is for the people who have multiple options when selecting an OBGYN facility particularly the cypress area. Do not come here! I have no issues with Dr. O, the ultrasound tech or even the lady that drew my blood. BUT Pristine OB-GYN care you really need to fire all the staff from the front office all the way to the check out people, this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I've come in someone is always on the phone whether I check in or check out, very rude! I never get a proper greeting like " Hello welcome in, nice to see you how are you doing?" Only, whats your name and the amount I owe! All this place cares about is money money money...yet they never explain anything to you properly unless you profusely question them, even then its ohhhhh I dunno. What set me over the edge is I spent an hour last visit trying to sort out the cost for genetic testing. Between my insurance carrier and this facility....never have I ever had to make my own calls for billing transparency but anyway.... With this most recent visit there were no notes left on my account from my last visit and no response in terms of out of pocket costs and of course no one knows anything meanwhile the lady is on the phone while all this is happening!! because of them I will no longer continue my visits."

"I personally see Dr. Borel Fonhoue and she is the BEST OBGYN I have EVER had. I've been through many OBGYN's despite being young yet she is the best. I have found my home clinic due to how outstanding she is. I went in requesting the Paragard IUD due to trying many hormonal options and having no luck. I explained my past issues with artificial hormones and she was extremely supportive of my decision to go non-hormonal. I have never experienced such support from an OBGYN before and I was a NEW patient. It was so comforting to be met with such care when I've had different experiences before coming to the Pristine clinic. Any concerns I've had during appointments was met with understanding and care. Dr. Fonhoue has been kind and thorough with my medical concerns and any care concern she has had. My experience with her has been amazing and the staff at the clinic are wonderful. I definitely recommend Dr. Fonhoue as an OBGYN."
