"I took my 1 year old son to the N Fry location on February 24, 2024 and was turned away. I got in line on their website around 7:30pm and waited 20-25 minutes in the parking lot to be called once a room was ready. After waiting, a lady from the clinic called me and told me they wouldn’t be able to see my son because he was a baby and the doctor was booked with other adults. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the Copperfield location, which was 15 minutes away. At this time, it was already 8:15pm and the clinic closed at 9pm. This has not been the first time I’ve been to this location. I was astounded how they would turn a baby away because they are fully booked with other adult appointments with 1 doctor. I feel they refused services because they wanted to leave at 9 despite having clients waiting to be seen. I’ve never been turned away from an urgent care. I even traveled 40-50 mins away on a Saturday just to go to this location and be turned away. When I went to the copperfield location, the ladies were so friendly and apologetic for my experience. In the future, I will go to the copperfield location. The N Fry location has lost a customer and I will not return due to their ethics. Thank you ladies at Copperfield for making me feel welcomed and taking care of my son."

"Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. The nurse practitioner touch the door nob and proceeded to check my daughters eye lid without gloves. She was not informative at all. It’s as if she walked in the room looked at us and decided she would give minimum effort. I had to go to Apex urgent care to get a second opinion and proper treatment. If you ever need to go to an urgent care I would highly recommend Apex urgent care over Next level."

"Went in for my child on a weekend due to her pediatricians office not open on weekends. What should have been something routine/common, something easily identified and treated became a nightmare due to the PA lack of experience/knowledge with children and their developmental appropriate response to examination. The conclusions made by the PA from a 5 second examination, that was anything but thorough, caused such unnecessary distress. Highly highly suggest you seek treatment with pediatric specific urgent care or wait to be seen by pediatrician if possible. Thankfully my child was seen by experts at Texas children’s ER and we were relieved of all concerns and worries caused by Next level urgent care, doctors reassured us that PA’s actions and conclusions were completely inappropriate and founded on mere assumption that caused such affliction."

"Second time I have problems here. I’ve been using Next Level Urgent Care for about 8 years and brought my two kids in to be checked. They would not let me have both kids in one room. They wanted them in separate rooms when I specifically asked to be together for me to hear what the doctor has to say even if my son is older than my daughter. I made both appointments together, paid the copay. They gave me a hard time and I almost walked out. I just don’t think that’s what you need when you have two kids sick at the same time. Very rude, very unnecessary. No thanks The provider was very nice, the front desk was the problem."

"This location is amazing! I’m super impressed and felt very well taken care of. I have been to two other locations before and they were good but this location is my favorite. Very fast service. Easy check in. I took my son who happen to be positive for flu. The front desk was sweet, the medical assistant was very sweet and personable, and the nurse practitioner Jacqueline was the best. Very sweet, caring, customer service was amazing, just very thorough, helpful, and kind. Unfortunately this experience isn’t common these days so I am blown away. Jacqueline even gave him a Popsicle for his throat! Thank you!!"
