The registration process can be done on the your mobile device or computer when you book an appointment. Once you arrive you’re pretty much just waiting to be triaged and placed in a room to see the doctor. The entire process once at the clinic was 25 minutes. Staff are super friendly and professional. What a great experience coming from Canada."

"I've visited here twice before for both of my Son's school physicals. This particular visit, I made an appointment online to see the doctor for an illness that I was experiencing. The process was simple and bypassed a lot of time by completing the forms online. When I arrived, I checked in from my phone and waited no more than 15 minutes before being called into the patient rooms. The staff and Doctor on duty was professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this facility."

"I scheduled the last minute appointment online the morning of for my child. My husband was able to get her in and seen timely. The scheduling process was super easy to do and I was able to load all the required info in less that 10 minutes. The pre check in process was great too. They were even willing to review her pediatricians previous note without disregarding their findings (which sometimes doesn't happen at all). The staff was very efficient and kind as well, and for me that makes a big impression since I too work in the medical field. Even the OPP cost was less that other urgent care facilities we've had to take our kids to before. Definitely will be going here again if needed. And we will be recommending them to others"
