"For over a month I have been trying to get a routine physical. 3 times they cancelled on me the day before because "there would be no doctor present". When I expressed frustration the final time they hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Update: 3/16/2023 Leslie at the front desk is so helpful. All morning she’s been making sure everything has gotten done correctly!! I APPRECIATE HELPING HANDS!!! Whewww!! Thankful for this new staffff!!! Please please keep these ladies around!! UPDATE: 3/3/2023 OMG! Someone listened! We got new staff! Mrs. Abraham is awesome! She actually CARES & LISTENS & UNDERSTANDS!! Geez!! This is all we’ve asked for someone with compassion about there job! This was the first time in years since Dr. Bassett left that I’ve felt comfortable, relaxed, heard! Wheww! THANK YOU GOD! He does answer prayers! Amen! Definitely going 5 STAR ⭐️ I’m looking forward to improving my health and taking this journey with Mrs. Abraham! Last review from: 2020-2021 RUN RUN RUN!! NURSE SEARRA IS THE WORSE!!! THIS LADY SHOULDN’T BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AT ALL!!! This is the worst place to get care from! Don’t go! Lazy workers! NO NP stays very long so they will never know their patient! They assume the worst of you without looking up their patients files, but they can’t see the files because nothing in the system is up to date or current! This place needs to be honestly closed down! It’s a MONEY PIT FOR INSURANCE FRAUD! Yes I said it! I’ve never had so many test ran on me in my life for absolutely no reason! I come in pain, I leave in pain! I come hurting I leave hurting! Listen find you a real doctor who cares about their patients and not pushing numbers! I’ve dealt with this place for 3-4 years and all I have gotten was 800 IBUS! A joke! Over the counter medicine! It’s seriously a joke! This isn’t a doctors office, it’s a place for the reject hires and nurses! I’ve never once SEEN A SKILLED DOCTOR!!"

"I've been a patient at the Cypress location for almost a year and have had incredible service each time. Leslie M. at the front desk is fantastic and always extremely helpful. She's successfully helped me navigate scheduling questions and is always incredibly patient, kind, and professional. I've also had one of the best blood draw experiences ever with a phlebotomist also named Kristina. My time under L. Abraham's care has been great. She performed a 'well woman' exam on me and made what can be an invasive procedure feel less stressful."

"First off the staff was amazing. It was clean in the waiting area. The rooms were clean the bathroom was clean and smelled great. My doctor was awesome she listen to my every needing concern she explained everything even went to the length of giving me a website to continue my studying she made every need. The lab technician was also gentle and took her time I had a smile on my face all the way out the door"
