"Awful service. I called ahead before scheduling a new patient appointment, advising a sports physical and immunizations were needed for my daughter. When I arrived, I was told they were not able to perform the immunizations because I held private insurance. Then, 2 months later, I requested the school's required physical form to be completed which I was told I'd have to come back in for because they didn't perform the vision exam- which they did but apparently did not record her scores. I reluctantly scheduled another appointment to bring my daughter back in to complete the eye exam at 2:30pm on Friday and when I arrive, all the lights are off and the door is locked. I left 3 messages and my call was not returned. Now, I've paid for the physical but can not get the school the form my daughter needs because the doctor won't complete without the vision requirement. Worst service ever. They say there is an actual doctor "overseeing" but no doctors were present when I was there (and I did request to see an actual doctor) not just the PA. Please, save yourself the hassle and stress by going elsewhere for whatever your needs may be. I strongly advise you to stay away from this poorly run practice."

"DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE. If you want to spared of hundreds of dollars of false charges, run around from employees and managers, then do not go here. I went in for a covered visit in March of 2015 and then later they billed me for testing that I NEVER ordered. I know they have no record of me requesting these tests and the collection agency and the clinic are both avoiding contact. It is not June 2016. Over a years worth of time wasted. Every time I ask for the manager, its "oh shes not here" "Oh she is out this whole week" "oh please come again later". I never thought I would be caught in all of this mess for a simple check up. I will never go here after I resolve my issues with them."

"Dr. Patel is straightforward, honest, and attentive to issues that are described to her. Honestly the best doctor I've found since my previous Doctor closed his practice. She's soft spoken, descriptive, responsive to questions, and willing to speak of issues medically followed by layman's terms. When words fail to be helpful enough, she will go out of her way to pull up similar pictures to help, in order to ensure the patient understands what exactly is going on. Extremely intelligent, and I've witnessed several times where her shift ends and a sick child comes in through the door only to have her tell her staff "bring him/her through, I can't leave him/her like this." Finally, a doctor who cares."

"Been with them since opening!!! Dr K is great, wait time minimal. P.A. Patel is the most intelligent down to earth medical person I've had the pleasure to meet. All staff is polite and ready to serve all patient needs."

"Great family practice! I have many medical issues, some major most not very. Also I am very, very accident prone. To say that I am picky about my who I choose help me with these issues would be the understatement of the year. Dr. Do and Ms. Patel are very knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. The rest of the staff is very helpful and personable. Patient for 3 years"
