"I came up here a few days ago to get some help with my sinuses. Front desk i would give 5 stars. But the nurse that did my vitals is the reason I’m giving it one star. She took my blood pressure with a machine. I’ve had bad experiences with the machine they can never really get a reading and usually when I go to doctors they have to do it the old fashion way. And I told the girl this. She ignored it and proceeded to go with it. The machine could not get a reading on my left arm and she ran it 3 times back to back. Then she moved to my right arm immediately and ran it 3 more times back to back by the third time in the middle of it I began feeling light headed and started seeing spots and n I told Her to stop it I am about to to faint. And. I told her I needed to lean back. She froze and then just left saying she needed to get help. So I was left there by myself for a few minuets. I started to just breath and try and relax hoping this feeling would go away but it continued to feel worse and I got to a point where I was seeing so many spots I couldn’t see. So I called for help. Started yelling for it. And I’m assuming this person was a nurse came in told him what happened and he laid me back and within a few minuets I started feeling better. Few minuets later the nurse practitioner came in and didn’t seem very interested in the face that 5 min earlier I was on the verge of fainting I will not be returning to this establishment"

"Front desk employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. We were seen by the attending physician in a respectable amount of time. Although the physician was not able to provide a conclusive diagnosis, she express her concerns and advised me that I needed to go to the Emergency Room as soon as possible for IV antibiotics. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone."

"I share about my great experiences with Excel either others all the time. Most places when people make review is about how good the staff is and excels is good. Why I go there is to be treated. The is when Dr Jorge Valencia comes in. I love the Dr, he saw me again on Sunday and remembered he treated me three weeks early. I was reinfected with bronchitis again. He helped me through it gave me meds to treat but he gave me himself through his time and compassion. See Dr Valencia and know what I mean. Thank you Dr. You are living your oath. Sam"

"Fast reliable and friendly service. I wasn’t expecting to find answers, at best I was hoping for some relief until I could get in to see my own family doctor Monday. To my surprise, they had all the necessary equipment and an on-site lab to be able to give me an accurate diagnosis and get me started on a treatment plan. They explained what had happened and how the treatment plan would work. Even the front desk was fast and friendly, and when you don’t feel well it’s very much appreciated!"
