"I came into urgent care today with the flu and had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Julie. She was absolutely amazing and hilarious. She explained everything to me to and made sure I understood."

"My previous service at this location, would receive 4 stars; however, my recent encounter resulted in my current 2star rating. If you have questions that cannot be answered via the automated system, it is EXTREMELY difficult to get through to a representative. A rep placed me on hold for 13 minutes after transferring to a different department regarding X-rays/radiology. I had to hang up since no one answered nor did he return with an update, or allow me to leave a message. Guess I will have to find a different urgent care who can answer my questions to ensure they can assist with the issue accordingly prior to my visit."

"Wish this place had 0 ratings. First off, I had to wait so damn long in the lobby. The receptionist apologized stating they forgot or something. I got my vitals checked and I was told np will be with me . I waited another 20 min. At this point, I got real fustrated and asked of why it is taking so long . The nurse herself told me that is what they are trying to figure out like what? This place has poor communciation and the freaking np is just old and gives false information. He came in to sit down to listen to me and told me I have 3/4 fluid in my ear blah blah. Went to another urgent care cause I was not sastified with his response and the other nurse evaluated me so much better and told me no fluid at all. This place is so disorganized . Please don't waste ur time . There are other locations of next level .. and other urgent care in Houston . Avoid this place at all cost . The provider walks like 4 mph per hour .. no apology or anything of why I had to wait .. dumb place . The receptionist are dry and not welcoming ."

"Eleven days ago [ 11 ] I went to the next level on Monday 05/12/2022 from work due to discomfort in my left eye. During the appointment they asked me for some information and then they asked me to leave without having checked my eye, while waiting another few minutes to report that they had not seen my eye, a doctor came and saw my eye and told me that I had nothing and in bad taste they asked my pharmacy to put me a simple lubricant that does not require a prescription... As nine (9) days pass on Wednesday 12/14/2022. A person with a bunk bed checked my eye and realized that he had something (like a black dot) and he took a couple of photos and the saying "black dot" was visible. On the tenth day (10) on Thursday 12/15/2022 I went back to the same next level of spring green and when they attended me they asked me what (why had the company sent me again?) I thought it was very rude and in bad taste the After a long time, the doctor saw me in seconds and said that I only had one (scratch) and he didn't clean me or put anything on me at the moment, I told him that I had some photos where you could see that I had something and they didn't want to see the photos that it was simply a (aruño) and they would give me an antibiotic and an undated appointment with the octometrist... I would have to return to work and I still had my discomfort. I decided the next day Friday 16/12/2022 to go to another doctor on my own, they treated me wonderfully and were very kind, they anesthetized my (left eye) and they removed a mini-particle of metal, the so-called "black spot" and they cleaned and healed the eye Sounds like a lousy place to me."

"If you're looking fur a place to get your covid testing done, do it here. I just had the saliva covid, 3 day test done yesterday and my appointment went quickly, smoothly and in the most pleasant atmosphere you can imagine. Booked the appointment online, was checked in and ready to go as soon as I got there. Maria greeted me warmly and had me in an appt room very quickly. Next up was a cutie named Brandon who walked me through the test and check my vitals. Once my test was completed I got to meet Mac, the in house doctor who made sure I understand what the testing entailed and answered any additional questions I had. The place runs very smoothly, and even though all were wearing masks, I was greeted with smiles and warm care while I was there. It was my first covid test and I was quite nervous but my unease was quickly put to rest and u would recommend this place to anyone for their covid testing and urgent care needs."
