"The eye exam was good. It was on time and everyone was prompt and kind. However when it came to choosing a frame and getting my actual glasses the service became less than needed. My glasses were supposed to be delivered to my house in two weeks. We are now over 3 1/2 weeks and nobody knows where my glasses are. I have left three messages ( the optical department does not have their own phone) with only one response. I won’t use this group again. Over $500 and still no glasses. If I don’t hear anything tomorrow I’m getting my money back and getting my prescription to take elsewhere to get my glasses."

"To start Dr. Ermis, both of them, are amazing. They are all so so kind and so professional. The same applies to the office manager, Cindy..I believe, and the gentleman that helps with the glasses, I believe his name is Mark. I've been coming to the Wharton location for about 10 years. Always was a great experience. However, the experience with the front desk staff the last 2 years has been a let down each time. Always have an attitude, never want to help, just zero customer service. I've had multiple issues with my daughters frames the last year. I purchased the insurance on the glasses so I would take them back in to see what needed to be done. Each time the front desk either told me they couldn't help me, until I argued that I had the extra coverage, or showed clear displeasure at having to help me. I understand that people have bad days but after multiple visits with the same experience, it seems to just be the way it is now. Hopefully it returns to the way it was in the future because I sure do love Dr. Ermis!"
"Dr. Ermis at Berkeley Eye Center in Wharton is AMAZING!! Very friendly and helpful and makes you feel like he isn't rushing through to get to the next patient! He keeps my daughter and I laughing as you can see in this picture! His staff is great too! All around good experience!"
