For those without insurance, we offer fixed self-pay prices with a maximum charge of $255 per visit. We never charge if we determine that your condition requires treatment in an emergency room.
Due to the freezing weather, our Houston clinics will close early today and open late tomorrow. However, our Austin and San Antonio clinics will remain open regular hours. "My daughter needed a sports physical and you can't beat Next Level's $10 pricing, right? WRONG! Even though they set the appointment over the phone (the same day) and confirmed the price, we arrived to find the price "changed" to $40. Not here for these games."
"I went to the clinic Dec. 27 after having a fall and injuring my left ribcage, they did X-rays and I was told there was nothing broken, that I was just bruised. The next day the pain was so bad I could barely move, I went to a hospital emergency room and had X-rays retaken and I was told I had 4 fractured ribs!!!! Someone at Next Level dropped the ball, either the technician or the radiologist who read the X-rays, how can you screw up something so important????"
"My wife has gone to next level multiple times with no issues with the quality of service but rather lack of customer service. We were randomly charged 254 dollars twice and called the billing department now over 5 times and sent 4 emails per there request showing they charged me. Over the course of a month not a single action on there side was taken. Every time I called they said they will look into this and call me back and NEVER called back. Please avoid as they randomly charge you and then don’t try to fix it. I filed disputes with my credit cards as next level does not care and charges you when you never went. I am also filing a dispute with BBB showing the false charges."
"Fantastic service. Front ladies were quick to greet and let you know you were seen upon entering and communicated if they needed a minute to finish up with the person in front of you. Doctor was nice and thorough. Loved their $10 special for sports physicals too. What a nice relief to all the rising prices!"
