"Good afternoon, I am doing this review because this was sent to me in an e-mail. Mrs. Berry was really kind! The doctor, Dr. Kim, was very informative of my needs; however, I just had gotten the impression that she did not want to see me anymore. I do not like this feeling. My honest opinion. All in all, I am very satisfied that my lab work tests were properly processed compared to my negative lab work experience at the Grand Parkway Preferred Urgent Care in Katy, Texas. My lab work tests were never processed at the Grand Parkway location because they were missing a tube. My brother Mortal Kombat Kano agrees. "Ms. Raspberry and Mrs. Kim, the provider were absolutely amazing! I called last minute to be seen on a Sunday and they squeezed me in and even verified my insurance online! The provider had wonderful bedside manner and was very professional. Overall, everyone in the office helped make for a smooth visit, simple and quick! I was so pleased, I wish I could make this my PCP!"
