"PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE YOU GO THERE. Terrible experience, a long wait time. Future clients be aware of hidden costs. They let you know that they accept your insurance and tell you how much it would cost to make a simple test, and then 6 months later, they will send you a bill stating that you owe the whole amount and your insurance doesn’t cover it. They will also blame you for not knowing your insurance policy. Well, what is their work then? Are not they the one who needs to confirm with the insurance company first if they accept the insurance and if particular services / tests are covered? At least it was my job in another medical office a few years ago, so we don’t bill a patient with unexpected charges. Very, very unprofessional. Find a place that is more reliable and cares also about you and not only about your money."

"Excellent experience. Needed to wait 1 hr because I was a walk in but it was understandable. Front desk lady was awesome. Gal taking temp etc. was great. Nurse, Dr. was super. Bathroom was clean!!! Would recommend this place."

"Wow. First time coming to this urgent care and I am in Awe! The service since I walked in was AMAZING! I didn’t get the receptionists name, but she was so sweet. KoKo took my vitals and she was also sweet and friendly. And what can I say about Dr. Perez!! Wow amazing! "One day my wife came home from work with food poisoning. we thought we would make do with a home pharmacy and everything would get better on its own, but after 2 hours she became much worse. We went to the nearest emergency room Next Level Urgent. Here a doctor Vivian Neldezian and other medical staff treated us with great care, put on driper and after an hour my wife was able walk. The most surprising thing was that since this happened at her workplace, such a high-quality level of assistance did not cost us a cent."

"I was seen at this urgent care about 2 months ago and though I was self paying & it was very expensive, I will say the nurses and practitioners who worked with me were very compassionate & diligent. They listened to my concerns & tried their best to help me figure out what was going on with me & kept me comfortable. We did a variety of tests which were EXTREMELY costly & all of them negative; so it was trial & error with my body and diff medications for a week. However the nurses called me to check my symptoms & continued working with me in helping get a better understanding of what was going on until we found a medication that worked. I am very appreciative of that. I am appreciative that they listened took my concerns seriously and worked with me until we got a solution. I am appreciative that they showed empathy & punctuality. Since having insurance now, I definitely would come back if need be and I know it won't be AS costly. Hopefully the service will still be as decent. I hope to never need to be seen in an urgent care again, but if I do I will come here."
