"My experience with Dr Sheikh was very positive. I will not take away from her bedside manners. Her policy...not so much. I visited her office for the first time on 12/5/23 for an annual physical. I received my lab results 12/6/23 and noticed I had a vitamin deficiency. Most doctors will call you within a few days to discuss next steps so I waited to hear from someone in her office. I never received a call so I called back on 12/11/23 and the receptionist informed me that Dr Sheikh had not signed off on my file and that she would call me back. After a week of waiting I called again on 12/18/23 and the receptionist is now informing me that per Dr Sheikh's policy, I will have to schedule an appointment to discuss my vitamin deficiency. That is absurd! So basically I have to pay for an office visit just for you to tell me if I need to take supplements? That's ridiculous. Just from this experience alone, I feel this clinic is just out for money. I had a future appointment pre-scheduled for an unrelated issue but I will be canceling it."

He came home bragging on how professional, knowledgeable, and kind she was. Dr Sheikh is one of a kind. She goes above and beyond, and she has walked with us through some difficult health issues. She brings a kind human touch to medicine, which in my opinion, is missing in our health care system today. It's all about the bottom line and red tape.
