"I was looking for a foot doctor and found a great one, Dr. Ronald Bruscia in Katy TX. but when I was first looking him up this review site popped up several times making me think he, or his practice, had these poor reviews. So I'm writing this so the next person does not turn away from a great doctor because of the same mistake I almost made. Both of these practices are in the same complex. 830 S. Mason Rd in Katy. The foot doctor is actually in suite B-5. When you pull in front of the offices you cant see Dr Bruscia's office, you need to park at the end and go up the slight incline behind the black iron thing to the B wing. From what I gather from further research the elderly doctor here in A-4 died, and the following doctor and staff was not as lets say customer friendly originally. I can not say how they are now. but if you are like me looking for a podiatrist, walk on down to the next building and see Dr. Bruscia. He was great. That is who I am giving the stars to."

"Dr.Roy Gillick was our family Dr. for 20 years and He and his staff were always great and really cared about their patients. Dr Laxman and his staff are the worst. I have had nothing but problems with every aspect of making an appointment, trying to have blood work done, getting much needed prescriptions filled. The process of getting anything taken care of has been a nightmare. I had to find a new Dr. during the pandemic because of I could not get needed meds even after I was told they would call in renewal of blood pressure meds if I would pay for teleconference visit, which I was happy to do. I had been in office 3 times to get blood drawn, Two people stuck me several times but could not get blood. Then we were on a stay home notice. Dr Laxman would not fill meds because we did not have recent blood work. Still no meds just a 35.00 copay. The only reason for no star rating is I’m not sure it will post."

"After receiving medical care earlier in the week, I returned to see Dr. Kalvakuntla, and his medical staff, when my symptoms didn’t improve. Everyone was helpful and concerned, even when I showed up without an appointment at the end of the work day. Later that evening, there was confusion with the pharmacy, and the good doctor took three phone calls late into the evening to ensure my personal medical needs were being addressed. I am so appreciative of the kindness, attention and care I received at the Grand Park Medical Clinic. Thank you to all who cared for me, the receptionist, nurses and Dr. Kalvakuntla."

"Been going here since mid 90's and is has not been the same in the last 6 months. Dr. Gillick was awesome! Just recently, it took them two weeks to return my five messages! We are looking for a new doc."

"This doctors office (Dr. Roy Gillick) is very very slow to return calls let alone answer the phone. I’ve called over 20 times in 2 days only to have a message taken with no response. Guess my allergic reaction to meds is no concern to anyone there. I went in for a cold/ sinus infection and the new doctor (Dr. Laxman) wants me to have my thyroid tested and full blood work done. Seriously?? $$$$ I just want my meds changed so I can move on and find a more reputable place for my healthcare and who doesn’t take their phone off the hook and never returns calls!! I’m so upset. Going on day three waiting!!"
