"Avoid this place as much as you can. I had to go there in order to complete my annual. The lady in the reception is arrogant and act as her work is actually a favor and we should be grateful. At some point she said that if she knew I had a primary care she would not have booked the appointment. In addition, she provide all my information wrong to the laboratory responsible for my blood work and didn't include my insurance information, why m which now I have to justify and explain that I'm insured and a 1000 usd bill is not correct. All because she didn't want to do her job."

"Dr Kendall has been an excellent doc who I feel really partners with me to ensure my health and well being. Each visit we carefully discuss lab results and he modifies meds as necessary to keep the numbers optimum. He really listens to any concerns I have and addresses them directly or makes a referral to a specialist who will accept my insurance. He has been my doc for 12 years and there has never been a billing issue even though I have moved to Medicare. In a perfect world his clinic would be open on weekends, hence I docked him a star."

"Fire the office manager!! Expect to wait, and wait, and wait some more. Then if you are talked to, you WILL be treated rudely. Even more so if the office manager finds out you are a Veteran, or a member of a few other groups that she personally despises (NRA, hunter, outdoors, etc.). The staff will lie to you in a heartbeat to keep out of trouble with the OM. I've had them tell me that entries were made in the portal, as I was looking at it, just because the OM was looking over their shoulder. The OM has run off any staff that actually treated the patients with respect. Getting a prescription refilled is another challenge not worth taking up."

"As far as health care, South Care Medical has been the worst choice I have ever made. The only reason I chose them in the first place was because they were in my network and they were close to where I live. I have endured almost two years of the waiting, the rude staff and the "run em through" business like care that is provided by Dr. Kendall. It's now time for a change...... When a doctor (Kevin Kendal) deceives you duirng your examination, then has his secretary confront you in the waiting room only to inform you that what the doctor just told you was not accurate, it's definately time for a little re-evaluation. The Better Business Bureau is the next stop - then on to Blue Cross Blue Shield and then on to the State Medical Board."
