"I have never had anything negative to say about the minute clinic on Fry and 290 or this one in Cumberland ridge, always found great nurses willing to help us, but today the Nurse at Cumberland location Jenny Choi, was extremely unprofessional. 1. She looks at us and her greeting was: “ do have an appointment?” , when I said yes, she looks at us as if we knew that she was ready for us and which room to use. 2. She used the same gloves that she used with her previous pt to touch my sons face and mouth. 3. She has no patience to treat kids, my son was well behaved but extremely nervous about the Covid and Strep swabs. 4. She asked us to leave the clinic and wait outside x 10 mins while the tests results were ready, when I said we will walk around here she say “wait outside” 5. When results were ready she started to discuss results, diagnosis and treatment IN THE HALL WAY next to other pts. When I asked “are we going to talk about this here, she said yes and continued. At this point I had had enough, I told her I wasn’t going to discuss my sons condition in the hall way, that as a health care provider myself I knew HIPAA very well and that we were to discuss medical information in the room. She agreed, but she was not able to explain why my son was feeling sick or the reasoning behind the treatment. Off to the urgent care we went for a second opinion, sadly the copay has to be paid and the insurance will have to pay for a terrible service. Bottom line, I’ll go back to the minute clinic but I’ll call and make sure she is not that day’s provider. She needs to be retrained in patients care."

"I do not recommend this location as I had the worst experience with the nurse practitioner (K. ROBINSON)."

"I scheduled my appointment online and arrived 15 minutes before my consultation. I was able to check in thru the kiosk using the confirmation code I received via email. Once I checked in, I was called almost immediately. My provider Gina M. was professional and knowledgeable. My test results were ready in a timely manner."

"My visit and diagnosis was horrible. The PA, Benjamin Sam, never got closer than an arms length away. I went in pan in on the right side of my throat and ear when I would swallow; I had visible swelling of my lymph node. He looked in my right ear at arms length and my throat even from a father distance. He made me feel like I had the plague. He is final diagnosis was fluid in my ear and suggested Allegra with Tylenol. The next morning I was in horrific Spain and went to Excel Urgent Care. They diagnosed me a bacteria in my lymph node; gave me a steroid shot and antibiotics; within about 6 hrs I was feeling much better. I will never go back to CVS Minute Clinic or recommend them."
