"Stay away from MinuteClinic. Such scammers. They put in my insurance info and say the the services I need are covered. But I received a bill later said that they were not. I had to pay out-of-pocket. They did it on purpose."

"Stay away from anything related to Minuteclinic (CVS). I'm not necessarily reviewing this actual facility as a 1 but I can tell you it wasn't that great either (maybe a 3 at best....) They just didn't seem to care all that much and I felt like I was just being herded in and escorted out in 10 minutes and then leave us a $100+ on the way out. My bigger concern is their billing dept...I won't go into all details because its too long but they are a complete joke, they misapplied several partial payments that I made and once I called them to fix THEIR problem, they sent me to collections because it was all over 90 days. Yes, it was over 90 because they couldn't find their own problems for over 3-4 weeks (and I'm the one that gets punished on my credit score). Don't go to Minuteclinic. One of the worst run organizations I've seen in a long time. I'm sure there are other great places that will provide much better service all around rather than this joke."

"I would give this -100 stars if I could. My wife and I went 10 days apart to get out tdap and flu shots. The staff was nice. The appointment system sucks because you can only plan 3 days ahead and you aren’t told the attending physician until you get there. Long story short my shots were done 10 days after my wife’s, but mine was paid for and my wife’s was not by the insurance. We were even told this location was covered and we shouldn’t have to pay anything. Now this could be my insurance issue, but I’ve been told the doctor wasn’t in network, minute clinic coded the shots wrong, it was sent through the wrong insurance company etc. I tried many times and spent many hours between my insurance and minute clinic. My bill even went to collections when my account was supposed to be on hold from minute clinic. I will NEVER use them again, no matter the location, and telling everyone I know."

"DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!! This minute clinic staff is absolutely rude, not accommodating, and not willing to put the patients first. They seemed to be in a rush to to leave and said they couldn’t stay past the 4:30 closing time. They did want to stay a second extra. The persons name was Chelsea. I drove 20 miles and they aren’t willing to adjust at all. No wonder they have a 2.6 out of 5 review."

"Worst clinic ever. No one helps you and they have attitudes when you ask for help. They can’t problem solve any issue you have b/c no one seems to have access to anything (according to them). 1 person on the board waiting, that same person is in the waiting room, and three providers sitting with no one in their office. Computers say they are booked for the day or there is one person on the board. It doesn’t make sense. The person in the waiting room said he made his appointment three days ago but was still waiting for an almost hour past his appt time to be seen (mind you with no one else waiting or in the offices). Not only to they not have access to answer any questions about appointments, according to them, they also seem to have no desire to help you find one or care what your issue is. No one asked or offered help. Don’t bother wasting your time here. They are just there for the paycheck. Healthcare who doesn’t care? Lovely…"
