"I had an appointment today with the Physician Assistant Patricia Diaz De Leon at the universal City location for Hillside Primary Care. She was excellent! She gives me her time and attention to explain why I am tgere. Then she asks questions and completes her exam. It is evident from her questions she has already reviewed my previous records and lab results. She knows my medical history. I left satisfied that I had a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. She is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and very thorough. I will never see anyone else!"

I can say that I am extremely happy with my new doctor Dr. Hernandez he is very attentive, he listens to you and answers all your questions. "I arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 appointment to an ill prepared office where a vacuum was sitting out unfurled, and a mop bucket because apparently there wasn't time to clean the office prior to patients arriving. The front desk employee was helpful. I waited an hour as I watched everyone who had arrived before and after me be called back. I was taken back finally at 10:30, and sat in the room (post basic vitals) till 11:15 when I decided to leave. The nurses assured me that it was about to be my time even though I was an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment, but I kept with my decision to leave and got a refund. The PA called me at 12:02 to say that he had been behind and if I came in again that I would be the first patient, and when I said no thanks you he agreed begrudgingly. It’s absolutely absurd that anyone would wait almost two hours and then get a call 2.5 hours after their initial arrival to be asked to return. The cost of the visit is laughable for an office that is so disheveled both on the exterior and interior, it is equal to paying Target prices at the Dollar General. I was initially charged (and refunded) $110 for a visit in a space that I would pay no more that $60 for, to include the level of service, especially when it’s not even a PHD holder, it’s a Physicians Assistant. I will find a different primary. Note that there were no gloves and random debris to include a damaged thumbtack just laying about."

"Was very apprehensive at starting over with a new doctor. Not a fancy office, but all of the people I encountered were awesome. My insurance company referred me. Very thorough visit. On time and to the point. I appreciate that. Had my second visit today. So incredibly happy have found this team. They are friendly, listen well and respond with logical answers. Very easy to talk to. I feel like we have known each other a long time. My son goes to them also and is happy with them."
