"The practice was recently taken over by a different company that doesn't see young children. They didn't tell us that information until after we went through the trouble of getting my little brother's blood drawn (my little brother is 9 and hates needles so it was a *very* lengthy process) ahead of his appointment the next week. A few days later, we recieve a call from the practice asking for my little sister (who's old enough to stay at the practice) to come back in and have her blood drawn *again*, presumably because they either lost her blood sample, or they didn't properly preserve it and didn't notice until days later. It is worth it to wait for a new patient appointment at one of the larger hospitals. Hopefully, they won't fumble the entire situation as badly as this practice has done."

"I setup a doctors appt 2 days in advance and then 20 minutes before my appt they call me and say they only see people vaxed against COVID. And the First 2 times I went in there she was Pushing her agenda on me very hard to get vaxed and I still said no after declining multiple times. But thanks for wasting my time and thanks for being discriminating against people who don't have that poison in their body. This is a morally disgusting doctors office."

"Slow. Awful customer service. I have been to this facility twice. Oncefor a general exam and minimal concerns, and now for a follow up exam. The first appointment was scheduled for 230pm and we were not seen until an hour past our schedule appointment. We were not even called from the waiting room until 30 mins after our appointment time. They moved us from a vitals collection room to 2 different exam rooms (waiting 15-20 mins in each room) before the doctor finally saw us. The exam was very minimal. We did not leave the facility until after 430pm. While I can respect that the doctor wants to do a recheck before prescribing more than one month of medication, to ensure the medications are working appropriately. I have paid about $265 for 2 visits. When I asked home much an exam without insurance would be the receptionist told me $75. The receptionist could offer no real explanation for my billing beyond reading and repeating line items word for word off of the insurance paper work. Today my appointment was for 145pm. It is now 227pm and I have not seen the doctor. It took 20 mins to be called by a nurse for vitals collection from the waiting area. I have now been in this exam room for an additional 25 mins without communication or reasoning. I would never recommend this facility."
