"Although we did have a good expierence with OT evaluation, and speech therapist Chrystal the hidden fees ultimately made us stop services here. It was not on any documented paperwork. Lorraine stated that she told me about this fee when I inquired about services to be done at ABA instead of in clinic, which I do not recall. I recall the conversation of inquiry if they do go to schools or only in clinic and email address to send start up paperwork. It added up to over $1,000 extra a year on top of what is already being paid. That is fine for them to charge if that is how the practice is ran but it should be documented and never be a surprise. We inquired at other facilities in Boerne and none charge this fee so we have made the switch. Posting for informational reasons for others!"
"Not only do we have an incredible experience every week at Connections, this past week, they went above and beyond with Sensory Santa!! For any and all children, whether they are impatient, easily over stimulated or overwhelmed, this Santa experience was incredible. Our son was able to spend 10 minutes with Santa with no other children around. He could ask him anything he wanted and got extra hugs. It was not rushed, no stress, and overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Connections for knocking this one out of the park!!!!!"
