"I called to get more clarification than the 30-second voicemail they left about my test results and where they sent a prescription. The receptionist then forwarded to a voicemail of an assistant. The assistant called back and said I'd have to schedule another appointment. I tried to explain multiple times that all I was asking for was more information on the test results from an actual doctor instead of asking Dr. Google. They set a scheduled phone call to go over the results. Time comes, and the call lasts 3 minutes and 20 seconds. Later in the day, I get another call from the office staff to collect payment for my "telephone appointment." Now I see why it shows up as 'Potential Spam' when they call. Make sure you get all your questions answered before you leave the building."

"Dr Anthony Wright is my Primary Care provider, he listens, he evaluates, he treats or refers you to the best doctors for care. I have been seeing him for years for different issues. The staff is reliable, friendly, efficient and responsive. You actually speak to a live person versus leaving messages on machines that never get answered. The office is pleasant and disinfected with a machine. They take disease spreading very seriously. This facility has so much to offer, too many services to mention. I do not live close by and hate driving especially in traffic but I will never change doctors. Dr Anthony and Dr Gloria Wright are stuck with me."

"Consistent, quality hometown care is what I receive at Total Health Primary Care. Dr. Anthony Wright and his staff are friendly and efficient. They are thorough but quick and not much time is wasted sitting around, unlike other places. The PCP I had before allowed me to see the doctor once, asked for a great google review and I never saw an actual doctor again, just a new PA each time. That’s not what you get at THPC. I have seen Dr. Anthony every time I have been since I started here over a year ago. I am heard when I share issues and feel I am given the best guidance and care. I highly recommend this office if they are still taking on new patients! To all the staff, those visible and those behind the scenes THANK YOU!!"

"I would recommend this facility/practice to anyone that is asking/looking for a primary care physician. I actually came here based on a recommendation from my mother, who was a patient here when she lived in Texas, but move back to Illinois. It made the anxiety of finding a new doctor nonexistent because I came based on her referral and I’m happy with that decision because as I stated the staff was amazing! From the receptionist, the medical assistant, to the physician herself."
