One yr later after exercising and eating habits changed my bad cholesterol is a healthy 86. No statin drug needed. This doctor is obviosly playing into the hands of drug companies. Mind how you go."

"Dr. Konopacki is very attentive and available to his patients. He has taken great care of me, and I have serious, chronic health issues. He's an excellent doctor and really knows his stuff. My only problem is the corporate, bureaucratic system that he works for. Those people are the ones, it seems, who handle most of the phone contacting and reminders. The staff IN the office are great."

"Love Dr. Konopacki. However whoever answered the phone this morning at 8:20 was the most miserable sounding unhelpful lady I have talked to there. She definitely does not fit in with the rest of the great staff I have encountered so far. Very disappointed this morning and still in great pain. Lady whoever you are, you are in health care and you should be eager to help people especially your already established patients. You may want a career change to collections call center. Those people are rather miserable and it's acceptable with them."
