"I have been to this location atleast 5 times and for the appointment today, I was late for 20 minutes and the receptionist Kyla was very rude. She took the cancelation fee $50 although I told her I would reschedule or I can still do it today. She charged my card without my permission. She was very unprofessional and hung up on me when I tried to talk to her."

"Friendly staff. However, I wouldn’t recommend the company or business at all. I was told my insurance company does not cover the services. However, my insurance company was still billed, in which they paid. In addition, I was charged an out-of-pocket fee as well. For over three months-I’ve contacted the billing department (which I was told I would get my refund for what I paid since they got paid TWICE). It was Never received. I called the rep in billing (Kristen) several times and emailed her. In addition, I’ve called the Coppell location SEVERAL times over the last 2 months, requesting to speak with the manager (With the latest called being placed on yesterday). and I’ve yet to receive a phone call. Very unprofessional and unacceptable."

"I have been coming to the coppell location for over a year, for my knee. The lady Two Physician assistants women they were Indian ( Asian decent) they were the most caring and compassionate towards me, they went above and beyond to help me each time I came for an injection. I can’t say enough about the excellent care they provided for me. But today was a different story I had my last injection on my left knee a few months ago, and the last PA told me I was welcome to come back to start more injections on my right knee again if it starts to bother me again since it’s been awhile from my last injection. So I did just that it took a while to get an appointment I am a returning patient not sure it took so long to get in , however when I arrived today I was treated like I was a new patient I had to fill out more paperwork which was never told to me when I booked the appointment, I have a really tight schedule and I can’t afford to waste my days that I have off. So I explained to the young lady that I was just here not too long ago why do I need to do this process over again, then from out of no where some older white women comes out of the front office, never introduced herself but cut in our conversation to say “ oh if it’s been more than 60 days you need to redo your patient information which is stupid they could of just asked me had anything changed which it hadn’t. So I fill out the paperwork then was taken to a room, where the same rude white women sat down and preceded to ask me some of the same questions I just filled out and answered, now I’m getting frustrated more time being wasted, I said to her mam I just answered these questions, I’m not a new patient nothing has changed, NOTHING!!! She left the room then the provider came in don’t know what her title is because she didn’t bother to give it to me, she sits down and starts asking me some of the same questions I just answered on the IPad I told her the same thing nothing is different about this visit I’m just wanting to start injections on my right knee again. She then went on to explain I wouldn’t get an injection today but the dye to see if there are any leakage around your knee. Then she told me then you will need to come back in a week I told her this is a wasted visited again and the last time I started this process I don’t remember it being this long winded but quick , she did a full blown exam like this was the very first time I had been there having me lay down turn over etc I never had a exam more like a physical since I’ve been coming there but basic stuff blood pressure, listening to my breathing and basically just touching around my knee that’s it this was extreme! I went on after the examination to tell her my concerns what I remember having done and what wasn’t done and she cut me off and said well “ Im not going back in forth with you “ I have other patients to see lie im not a patient or important like the other ones, or maybe cause im black so she’s ready to be done with me. I told her I don’t know if im coming back because the process is not how it was before and I may just go some where else. She didn’t care to respond but her vibe said it all that she didn’t care. She walked me to the front and said the girls will check you out I said to her for what? All I’ve been doing is talking and being asked the same health questions she walked away , I went to the desk and I started to talk to the secretary who was the only familiar face I remember because everyone was new this location has the highest turnover over with staff which also makes my eye brow raise on this visit. Well I continued to talk to the secretary while I wait to check out because the other secretary was helping someone else and she said to me there’s a lot of new staff and I said to her yeah that’s the problem I was treated like a new patient among other things, well I look over to my left and whose standing there listening ? That older white women again then she rudely says out loud in front of everybody her ( me) I have a name and it’s not HER! She’s says her co payment is $50."
