"Really bad service received today. I was first in line; came in just to re-schedule an appointment. I was told to sit down and wait for a one minimum transaction. "If I could leave zero stars I probably would. or a negative star rating. i've been going to this health care provider for several years now And the service has only gotten worse and worse, but today was the icing on the cake. First, I had an 11 o'clock zoom doctors appointment in which the nurse didn't come to call until about 10 minutes after 11 And then which it took the doctor another 20 plus minutes to show up for the scheduled appointment. There is no reason why a patient should be waiting 30 minutes on a zoom call. Second, 3 o'clock this afternoon the office calls me to ask me if I have received my CT scans results from 2020. Specifically September 2020. So this office waited till 2023 to try to contact me about results. This is by far what I would expect in a third world country not here in the United States. I will no longer be a patient here I would advise that everybody else avoid this clinic as if you try to call you'll be on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before somebody even answers a phone If you if you don't get disconnected. It's all about the numbers how many patients can they crank out And how much time."

"I have just recently removed my family from BFH Group. We lost all faith in them and did not like interaction with the administrative and office personnel. Dr. were OK but setting up appointments, getting referrals, getting charges for yearly lab work, and rude behavior from front desk. Like being asked to "step aside and wait to make an appointment while I take care of the people in back of you". After also waiting in line. Just look at all the other reviews, 2.5, 2.8, 2.3, 3.1, the highest. ???"

"I don't understand how come someone can give 3, 4 much less 5 stars. all my appointments I have always had to wait at least an hour. the last appointment I waited for two hours before they could see me. when I left the office had already closed, we were only my doctor, me and a nurse. someone was supposed to call me the next day to give me a referral to a specialist doctor and to schedule a bone density test. I left them many messages and they never called me back. After a month and several messages that I had left them, I was finally able to schedule the appointment for the exam, just because I called, not because they did. but even though they promised to talk to me the same day to refer me to a specialist, they did it again and didn't call me. Since I haven't been able to see a specialist, I had to go to the emergency clinic three times to be able to treat the medical condition a bit, hoping to see the right doctor. the only good thing about the clinic so far is Dr. Karen Stewart; she is very attentive, very patient, very interested in my health and doing the right thing for my well-being; she spends enough time to talk to me. Thank God I found a doctor like her, she is exceptional. Dr. Stewart is the only reason I keep going to that clinic. the staff is one of the worst that I have had to deal with in my life. never any apology or sorry or an attempt to show some sense of responsibility. bad, bad and bad"
