"I was a patient of Dr Hack’s for approximately 5 years. I recently went in and told him about a delicate medical problem I was having. He proceeded to inform me that he didn’t “give a damn” about what was going on and instead of trying to help me, has dismissed me as a patient. Pretty cold. Worst bedside manner ever. He gets the prize for that. I would only recommend him to patients that wanted to be treated as a lesser human being than he thinks he is. I guess he’s better than me. At least that’s what I gathered from our conversation that day."

"My partner is a patient of Dr. Hack’s. This is the second time she has been left with a prescription not being filled due to the office staff not responding. We called all week and left messages. On Friday we called and were placed on hold, only for the office staff to finally answer and say the doctor had just left and they were unable to fill her medication. A medication that can cause withdrawal symptoms.The staff is rude, unprofessional and unsympathetic. I just graduated NP school and I pray I never treat my patients as awful as they have treated my girlfriend."

"Dr Hack and staff have always been very helpful and caring if it's over the phone or in person. The only thing is I suffer from OCD and to me that place needs a good detail cleaning. Give that office for two or three hours and that place would be shiny. Lol over all great place."

He is a kind and caring Dr. But unfortunately, after my last appointment one of my medications wasn’t filled and it’s been weeks since I have been without it due to his staff not responding to multiple messages I have left about getting it filled. When I finally got through to someone at his office the lady had such a horrible attitude about it. It’s been 4 weeks! No patient deserves that kind of treatment."
