Boerne Family Medicine

"My son and I are new to Boerne and we’re looking to establish ourselves with a new primary care provider. I had seen Boerne Family Medicine when visiting the building they are in. Based on excellent reviews I called to set up appointments and make arrangements to register. I found everyone from the front office/reception to nurses and providers to be extra friendly , efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. A very pleasant process."

"I have continued going to Boerne Family Medicine even after moving out of the area to New Braunfels because they are worth the commute! They are always so accommodating and patient. Shout out to Kaylin (sorry for spelling) at the front, she is incredibly sweet! You can really tell how genuine and compassionate she is, which is hard to come by nowadays! I see their PA Greg, and he is amazing. He is efficient and thorough without making the visit feel rushed :) Y’all keep up the great work, you are making a difference!"

"I was coming in for a new patient appointment. My appointment was at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:28. I have 2 small children and my husband’s schedule doesn’t allow for me to see a doctor at regular hours, but I scheduled in advance to find something that could work. He had a hard time getting home from work to watch the children for me because of the extreme weather conditions (downpour rain), so I rushed to my appointment. When I arrived (not even late by the way) they told me I had to reschedule, because they require me to be there 20 min early. I understand the policy, but I told them about my specific situation, even started to cry because I already waited 2 months for this appointment, but they didn’t care. They went to talk to the PA (Fischer), and when the front desk person came back, she said that Fischer was “already behind and would not take me.” Then they said their next appointment is in December. There are plenty of primary care doctors to chose from, and in hindsight, I’m actually grateful that I’m not going to this practice, because that was inexcusable."

Stellar medical providers - especially NP Reigelsperger and PA Fischer :-) Highly knowledgeable and compassionate. I've spent more than a decade working in medicine and can personally and professionally vouch for this practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a primary care office."
