"Unfortunately life doesn’t happen only within my primary physician’s office hours. That means my family of 4 are frequent flyers at this clinic. We’ve been seen for ear infections, strep, flu, Covid, sinus infections, oh and did I say strep? They are so great with kids. I really don’t like going to the doctor but they make the whole process painless. Misty’s bedside manner is top notch. I’m never there because I feel great but somehow she has me laughing before I leave. I hesitate to leave a review only because that means one of Boerne’s best kept secrets will be outed."
"I have been here several times and the front desk staff is very nice. Unfortunately the weekend PA , I believe her name was Amber , was uncaring and rude. My pharmacy recommended changing the Rx she prescribed due to contradictions with current meds I was on. (which she had a list of ) She started bad mouthing the pharmacist to me . When I asked her what her name was she refused to give me her full name even. She then just shouted “ok I’ll change it “. Very unprofessional and I will not be back."
"Since my primary care Bourne Medical was closed day after Christmas, I had to travel to Urgent Care in Bourne. There was a long wait, about 2 hours, but I had no choice. My allergies were getting worse by the day. I left them my cell and ran errands, so when I got back, I waited another hour. The assistant; Jenny, took care of me until the Nurse Practitioner Misty McKinney came in. Misty talked to me and knew exactly what I needed. Got my steroid shot and a prescription to care for my infection. Even though they were so busy, they took the time to care for me. 5 Stars for me."
"I've received treatment at this clinic on several occasions, and I've consistently been impressed with the care and compassion they provide. The staff is both friendly and attentive. As a veteran, I appreciate having this clinic as an excellent alternative to the often long waits I experience at VA clinics or the VA Hospital's urgent care. I'm grateful that this clinic collaborates with the VA, allowing me to be seen here."
