"Called and asked for the pricing of a self pay consultation and she could not provide me with a price and I informed her that I wanted to have an IUD insertion and she discouragingly said that would be expensive for self pay, but that’s not an issue for me, I told her I knew the prices of IUD’s and if she could just provide me the price of a 20 min consultation and the insertion cost. She proceeded to tell me the IUD would be expensive and that I wouldn’t know the price until I made the appointment. I thanked her and she rudely hung up the phone"

"I use to love this office. My appointment in January was absolutely a nightmare. I was told a student would be observing my well women’s exam, when I let the tech know I was uncomfortable with this and did not want a student to be there she treated me like I was being rude and ensured me the student has been a labor and delivery nurse for many years and pushed for me to allow her to be there. I finally agreed to the student observing. Instead the student was the ONLY person in the room and preformed the whole exam by herself. My Pap smear was painful and very uncomfortable the doctor can in the last minute and barely said two words to me. I will never go back here and this is very concerning considering I wasn’t even comfortable with a student in the room then she ends up preforming the whole exam. Front office staff answers the phone like they hate their job and show no care. Also to note this appointment was already rescheduled due to the doctors being at the hospital for a delivery. I waited for 2 hrs and had to ask what was going on back in December, they would have never informed me my doctor wasn’t even there and that they couldn’t get a hold of her. This office has gone down hill tremendously which is so sad."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Popov's for almost 18 years. She is great. Unfortunately it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, set up an appointment or even get a call back. Recently I had an issue that needed immediate attention and the next available appointment with Dr. Popov was 3 months out. What is the point of having a doctor if you cannot get an appointment when you need care? This isn't a one-time situation either. This has been happening for the past 3 years at least. Even now, it is 8:15am and I have been trying since 8am to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment for my annual check-up. Someone finally answered just now and was completely rude. Also, she lied. She told me that my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) requires a referral (which they never have in the past) and she would not schedule an appointment without a referral. I just got off the phone with my insurance and they said that I do NOT need a referral since OBGYNs are considered to be open access care providers. It's just not worth it anymore. I'm tired of dealing with the horrible way this office operates. They clearly do not care about their patients anymore."

"Worst experience here it takes them 5-7 business days to send over medical records to new doctors office. I expressed my need for these documents to send over ASAP so to medical complications and they could not care less still directed me to a 3rd office to just have my medical records faxed over to my new office. It should not be this hard to get my medical records transfer especially on subjects that could clinically affect me and my baby. I feel ignored and they could not care less they refused to let email the patient medical record release form claiming they couldn’t get it via email fax only after attempting to send it via fax they finally accepted it via email. Bad service I highly recommend go else where."

"I have never been made to feel like such an inconvenience. The DO was clearly in a rush and started the conversation with "what time slot are you and so you need a culture?". I had many questions that were not addressed and left feeling shocked that a medical institution would operate this way. Hopefully the DO just had an off day but reading other reviews it seems to be common. Then she told me my results would be in Friday but that she won't be in. I hope others don't go through this I if they don't have to."
